Once you choose a package, we send a simple onboarding form to collect your athlete's info — bio, stats history, social handles, and any existing film links.

What do I need to provide to get started?
Just your athlete's basic info (name, position, age, school), your upcoming game schedule, and access to any existing film you have. Our onboarding form makes it simple — takes about 10 minutes.
How do you get the game film if I'm not providing it?
For managed packages, our production team attends and records your games directly. If you're on the monthly subscription plan, you submit your own film and we handle everything else from there.
How long does it take to get my highlights after a game?
Standard turnaround is 48–72 hours from when we receive the raw footage. You'll get a notification as soon as it's ready, and you can review it before it's published to your public portfolio.
Can coaches actually find my athlete's profile?
Yes. Every profile is public and accessible via a custom URL. You can share it directly with coaches, and it's designed to be easy to navigate — film, stats, bio, and contact info all in one place.
What's the difference between the advisor add-on and just having a portfolio?
The portfolio is your tool — it's what coaches see when they look you up or when you send a link. The advisor add-on is active outreach: a human on our team identifies target programs and emails coaching staffs directly on your behalf.
Is there a contract or can I cancel?
The monthly subscription plan can be canceled anytime with no penalty. Season packages are structured by game minimum (10 games for Essential, full season for Premium). We always discuss terms upfront before you commit.
What happens to my portfolio at the end of the season?
Your portfolio stays live and accessible. All game film, stats, and highlights remain in your archive. If you don't renew, the profile remains viewable but won't be updated with new games.
Do you work with sports other than basketball?
Basketball is our primary focus and where our platform is most robust. Reach out to discuss your specific sport — we're expanding to other sports and may be able to accommodate your needs.
