1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GameOn AIO (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including coaches, players, parents, and team organizations.

2. Description of Service

GameOn AIO provides a basketball analytics and digital player portfolio platform, including but not limited to: game film hosting, statistical analysis, player recruiting profiles, team site management, and live stream tools. Features and pricing are subject to change at our discretion.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Accounts & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Payments & Refunds

GameOn AIO offers paid services to coaches, teams, and players/parents. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• All sales are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
• Subscription fees are billed on the schedule selected at checkout and will auto-renew unless cancelled.
• Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.

6. User Content

By uploading game film, statistics, photos, or other content ("User Content") to the Service, you grant GameOn AIO a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. You retain ownership of your User Content. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform.
• Impersonate another person, player, or organization.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without written authorization.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform features, branding, design, and proprietary content (excluding User Content) are the exclusive property of GameOn AIO. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights to any GameOn AIO intellectual property.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GameOn AIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
